ENEGI (National Meeting of Industrial Engineering Students)
The 12th National Meeting on Industrial Engineering and Management (ENEGI) will take place at Lusófona University - Lisbon University Center, on September 18 and 19, 2025, under the theme “The Challenges of Industry 5.0 for Industrial Engineering and Management.”
ENEGI, held annually, aims to bring together students, teachers, researchers, and professionals in Engineering and Industrial Management from across the country. During the two days of the event, in addition to lectures, thematic round tables, and workshops, there will be presentations by professionals in the field and by undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students from various higher education institutions in the country, with prizes awarded for the best works. The world of artificial neural networks already has a wide variety and complexity of types and architectures of neural networks.
LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) neural networks, a recurrent neural network (RNN) architecture, have incredible predictive power and work very well on a wide range of problems.
Maleki et al. published an article referring to a website, AirPolTool, which would publish forecasts of atmospheric pollutants for + 1, + 2, and + 3 days using artificial neural networks.
